S-Like Ribonuclease T2 Genes Are Induced during Mobilisation of Nutrients in Cotyledons from Common Bean

چکیده
Germination and seedling development are crucial phases in a plant’s life cycle with economical agronomical implications. The RNA quality seeds is linked to seed viability, being an important agronomic trait since this leads loss germination efficiency. In addition, can be phosphorous reservoir seeds, affecting the efficiency of mobilisation nutrients towards seedlings. However, knowledge about physiological function ribonucleases during scarce. We analysed ribonuclease activities cotyledons these processes expression S-like T2. Ribonuclease activity was detected at 1 day after imbibition specific increased development, reaching maximal value 10 days imbibition. At stage, levels proteins were very low. Using in-gel assays, three apparent molecular masses 16, 17 19 kDa along cotyledon ontogeny. T2 family consists four genes common bean (PvRNS1 PvRNS4). PvRNS1, PvRNS2 PvRNS4 phase nutrient cotyledons. PvRNS1 1000 fold cotyledons, from 6 suppression induction gene decapitated seedlings suggests that regulatory signal comes developing axes. These results clearly state involved turnover development.

Are duplicated genes responsible for anthracnose resistance in common bean?
The race 65 of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum, etiologic agent of anthracnose in common bean, is distributed worldwide, having great importance in breeding programs for anthracnose resistance. Several resistance alleles have been identified promoting resistance to this race. However, the variability that has been detected within race has made it difficult to obtain cultivars with durable resista...
متن کاملProtein Synthesis and Accumulation in Bean Cotyledons during Growth.
Analysis of total protein, of specific proteins by gel electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis, and of protein synthetic activity in vitro confirmed that intense protein synthesis and accumulation occurred as the French bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L). seed grew from 12 to 20 millimeters. These techniques showed that there was no globulin-1 (G1) fraction (requiring high salt for solubility) prese...

Endoplasmic Reticulum of Mung Bean Cotyledons: ACCUMULATION DURING SEED MATURATION AND CATABOLISM DURING SEEDLING GROWTH.
Homogenates of mung bean cotyledons were subjected to equilibrium density centrifugation on linear sucrose gradients and the positions of the various organelles determined by assay of marker enzymes. Measurement of phospholipid distribution on such gradients showed that the major peak of phospholipid at a density of 1.11 to 1.13 grams per cubic centimeter coincided with the position of the endo...
متن کاملDevelopment of ribulose-1,5-diphosphate carboxylase in castor bean cotyledons.
Light was not essential for the development of ribulose-1,5-diphosphate carboxylase protein or catalytic activity in the photosynthetic cotyledons of germinating castor beans (Ricinus communis). Cotyledons developing in the dark showed higher activity than those in the light. Returning cotyledons developing in the light to darkness resulted in a significant increase in ribulose-1,5-diphosphate ...
